  • At ReCoop, we accept most major credit cards, cash, and Venmo for your convenience. Gratuity is not included in the cost of services, but is always appreciated for exceptional care and service. ReCoop does not accept HSA/FSA cards.

  • One of the greatest compliments you can give us is sharing your experience with others. If you enjoyed your visit, we truly appreciate word-of-mouth referrals and online reviews, as they help our small, local business continue to grow within the Cape Cod community.

  • At ReCoop, we are proud to offer special discounts to our Hometown Heroes - military personnel, nurses, first responders, and teachers. It’s a small way for us to show our appreciation for the care, service, dedication, and support you give to others every day. 

  • To help you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day, guests are welcome to use our complimentary blow-dry bar following select services.

  • We offer a shower in our float therapy room. For hygiene and comfort, all clients are required to shower both before and after their float session.

    • All required waivers and intake forms must be completed before your appointment.

    • Please refer to your waiver and intake forms regarding recent treatments, personal care considerations, and medical guidelines before your appointment.

    • Clients who are pregnant must obtain a separate medical waiver from their physician.
