What to know before your appointment.
All required waivers and intake forms must be completed before your appointment.
Clients who are pregnant must obtain a separate medical waiver from their physician.
Injection services are administered by licensed healthcare professionals using the intramuscular (IM) method, typically in the right or left deltoid muscle.
Mild soreness, redness, or tenderness at the injection site may occur and typically resolves quickly.
Returning clients will be required to complete an updated health waiver and medical questionnaire before treatment.
